Who doesn’t love apples and peanut butter? I loved pretty much everything with peanut butter, including apples!!? Whaaaaa, Lisa? I’m the weird kid, remember? I was never a fan of apples unless they were baked with all of those warm, cozy spices or coated in peanut butter. This cake recipe seems to combine all of these things together so to me, it’s a winner! In fact, I think that I may have to use this recipe as inspiration for me to create a new ice cream! Oh… My poor Aunt Paul!
I hope that all of my family and friends try this cake and let me know how it is!?! Happy baking!
