A Story and A Slow Cooker Recipe To Beat The Summer Heat
When I was a child, my mom and dad moved us from Ottawa, Ontario to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. I guess technically it was my step-father but to me, at that time in life he was the only dad I knew. It was not until the age of 15 that I met my real father. That … Continue reading A Story and A Slow Cooker Recipe To Beat The Summer Heat

Turkey Meatballs with Spinach and Sundried Tomatoes
These look so good that I just had to share it with you! I apologize for my disappearing act but I’m kinda going through a slight hell right now. I am lowering the dose of my Fentanol patch in preparation for my going on Medical Cannabis. I didn’t want to go through withdrawal and an increase of pain while starting a new pain medication. I would not of known what was doing what. So give me a week or two and I will be back to fighting shape! These are the ingredients I used to make the meatballs.
I added ALL of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl…..
And mixed by fork and by hand until it was very well blended, before shaping the mixture into the meatballs. I made mine about 1 1/2 inches round.
I baked the meatballs…
