I’ve had an emotional day. I can’t tell you exactly why, but I’m pretty sure it has a lot to do with my hashimotos disease. Sometimes I’m super grumpy and I cry or get angry for no reason at all. For whatever reason cooking makes me feel better. Why shouldn’t I go ahead and make some lunches for the little munchkin? I always like to have food that is processed as little as I possibly can. I really hate to send things that are unhealthy. I have a really hard time not giving him as much healthy food as I can. I guess this stems from my fear that my own health problems might be given to him.
